These terms explain how twoseats works and what we expect from the people who use it. By accepting them when you first sign in, you agree to them.
What twoseats is
A free, invite-only app that collects cultural events in Barcelona and orders them by your taste. It is in testing: it may break, change or stop existing.
Recommendations are worked out by software with the help of a language model, and they can be wrong. Event information (dates, times, prices, venues) comes from public websites: check it at the source before you go. twoseats does not sell tickets or organise any event.
Your account
- It is personal. You sign in with a link we email you: do not forward it.
- You must be 18 or older to have an account.
- People who follow you can see your hearts and seen marks. The privacy policy explains what else we keep.
- You can leave whenever you want: the privacy policy explains how to delete it.
What you must not do
- Try to access other people’s data or parts of the app that are not meant for you.
- Download the content in an automated or bulk way.
- Use the app in a way that makes it work worse for others.
If that happens, we may close the account.
No guarantees
twoseats is provided as is, with no guarantee that it always works or that the information is correct. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any harm that may follow from it (for example, going to an event whose time had changed).
Changes
We may change these terms. We will update the date at the top and, if the change is significant, let you know in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute goes to the courts of Barcelona, unless the law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live.
